I wanted to let Trish know that I recently purchased her Stregnth & Core Attack DVD's and they're awesome! I especially wanted to let Trish know that I'm in the rehab phase of major rotator cuff surgery and her Stregnth Attack DVD has been a HUGE help for me...2 weeks ago I could not lift my right arm over my head w/o the aid of the left arm & today I was able to do the deep breathing at the beginning w/o assistance! I realize it's no biggie but to me it's huge! I've been doing the light weight reps and have seen my stregnth increase exponentially! It has been a wonderful compliment/resource to my 3x/week physical therapy sessions!
