Tracy has done it again with another fantastic SQUEEZE workout. SQUEEZE STRONGER is longer, more intense, and highly effective. As with her original workout, Tracy designed her exercises so you'll feel a definite burn in every part of your body. Utilizing light weights for a highly effective endurance and lean-muscle building workout, SQUEEZE STRONGER is a must for your fitness rotations.
Make no mistake--this workout is advanced level at its best. If you're a beginner or even intermediate, I don't recommend this workout until you have a few easier routines under your belt.
Some of Tracy's unique moves include the "pretzel-clam combo"--yowsa! You are sure to feel your legs on this non-stop sequence of thigh and hip work. I never thought I'd be able to say this, but the upper body work is even more intense than with SQUEEZE, because Tracy does three full sets of three different exercises for many upper body parts, such as biceps, shoulders, etc. You'll work every muscle in your body, including the small ones that often get neglected during heavier weight training.
Tracy uses a "Squeeze Stick" for the waist work, delivering incredible results to a much-needed area. All you need for these moves is a household broomstick or something similar; I used my Body Bar Flex bar, for example.
