In this 40 minute workout, released in 2008 and led by a true S.W.A.T. team commander, you'll incorporate the high rep/light weight muscular endurance training that will redefine your muscular structure and create lean body mass. Traditional moves such as lunges, squats,shoulder presses, curles, lat raises, and more make up this routine of highly effective classics. The difference with this S.W.A.T. workout is that instructor Tom Stroup ensures your motivation and determination by using them the exercises in varying unique tempos, body positions and combinations to keep your body guessing. The setting is “SWAT-style” with flashing lights and police Hummers. This DVD has a bonus 9-minute aero/tone interval workout.

Note from Jen: This workout is compact, intense, and highly effective--I definitely felt the burn, particularly in the ultra-challenging upper body work. As an instructor, Tom is personable and motivating (and hot, which is always a bonus). Short and compact, this time-saving routine is truly effective.
