STRAIGHT UP STEP is a non-stop step routine offering incredible cardio challenge even to the most advanced exerciser. High-energy and ultimate intensity make this blend of dance/athletic moves a definite fat-burning workout.
This step workout consists of a fun warm up, three 64 count step combinations, an easy to follow cool down and a deep stretch. The combinations are taught add on style. Both the complexity and the intensity are geared toward the intermediate to advanced level exercisers. As always, Seasun is graceful in even her most high-intensity moves, and her add-on cuing makes the choreography interesting, yet definitely something that can be followed without too much of that frustrating learning curve.
