The Power SQUEEZE (30 minutes): SQUEEZE all you can into this super-concentrated, full-body routine. Minimal instruction makes for the most efficient, and focused workout yet!
Custom SQUEEZE: A collection of individual exercises that lets you tailor your routine to meet your own personal goals.

Each of the workouts on the SQUEEZE DVD fuses isometrics with yoga, Pilates, ballet, and traditional toning to create overall, unique routines only provided in Tracy's workouts. Tracy uses both static squeezes and short pulses to maximize the effectiveness of her routines.

No one is more surprised than I am, but Squeeze is KILLING me!
I'm on my second week of a Squeeze rotation I found on VF. Wow. I gotta say I'm seeing some changes already. Plus, my pushups have improved tremendously.
You don't feel like you're doing sissy old lady stuff. It's athletic. It seems to get harder with each session. I find my heart rate getting up there at some points and I feel worked afterwards--but refreshed.
It's really cool because I was at that point where if I never worked out again, I could have cared less. I have to admit I was burnt out on everything and Squeeze has been a real find! I'm addicted to it! I think Tracy really has done something special with this stuff.
