About the instructor:
Karen Dubs is a Registered Yoga Teacher and ACE Certified fitness professional with over 15
years teaching experience.
She is a Mind Body Trainer at the Maryland Athletic Club & Wellness center, and has trained a
wide range of professional and recreational athletes and clients in Baltimore, MD including
triathletes, runners, cyclists and football players from The Baltimore Ravens.
