"NYC" is total sculpting: The mission is to achieve maximum caloric output while toning and defining all muscle groups for a leaner, more defined and toned physique

To achieve this goal, Kelly uses multi-setting with lighter weights, constantly moving from upper to lower body exercises and focusing on hips, glutes and abdominals.

FROM JEN: I love this workout! The almost-aerobic pace gets my heart rate up, and the moves are unique so they challenge my muscles in different areas. A great example is the butterfly press for shoulders--just try this one, you'll totally see what I mean. I really like the lower body work, because Kelly doesn't use weight (with the exception of one warrior squat move), which is refreshing on my left knee, which has been experiencing a strange pressure lately (Kelly's lower body moves don't aggravate my knee at all). Even though no weight is used, my lower body is still deliciously challenged. Gotta love that, for sure!
