The first three sections on this DVD make use of a step for added variety and intensity. Sports-inspired moves such as basketball shoots, slalom jumps, and soccer dribbles complete the drills. After that, you'll move into fun and challenging kickboxing, with a definite focus on the lower body (i.e. squats, powerful kicks). After that (as if you're not exhausted enough by now), you'll move on to aerobic/anaerobic intervals to really increase your fat burn potential. The final section is classic hi/low aerobics. Be forewarned, though: this routine is more high than low.
