YOGA, "The most thorough workout I've ever done." Still, doubts remained. It's one thing to have
the DVD covers splashed with praise, but another to actually feel like you're getting worthy yoga
routines.
Well, I have to say, I totally agree with Fitness Mag & etc. I've been doing yoga for over 5 years, and
am totally addicted to my Saturday morning classes. With my home practice, I'm extremely particular,
so I won't carry any yoga DVD if it's not exceptional. Mark's PROGRESSIVE POWER YOGA is
exceptional. I highly recommend these workouts. Challenging, fast paced, and great for calorie
burn/muscle sculpting, these routines are well-rounded and intense. Each DVD is over an hour
long, so you're sure to get a very complete routine every time you pop in one of the DVDs.
