Advanced Workouts was created for the advanced home fitness buffs who love challenging their body to the extreme of their abilitiy, and whose goals are to increase muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall cardio fitness. Just ask my friends and family (on second thought, forgot that, just take my word for it, I don't need my ears burning) -- *deep breath* -- what I was going to say before I rudely interrupted myself is that, just ask anyone who is close to me and they'll tell you, I have a low patience level for certain things. Like searching for something I want. I mean, if I want it, and I know I want it, shouldn't it magically appear at my fingertips with little effort? True, life usually doesn't work that way. Even so, when my fitness passion and level grew, I found it totally difficult -- and frustrating -- to find advanced-level DVDs. They're not available in stores, and the only online vendors I found offered not just advanced workouts, but the cheesy beginner workouts, and not-effective-for-me intermediate workouts. So what's a gal to do? I didn't want to go to those online stores offering pages and pages of stuff, only to find one workout here and another there that I wanted. I was looking for a store that carried it all--advanced DVDs only, so I knew I'd get something to challenge me -- and so I could cut down on the frustrating and wasted hours spent searching.
