Not a huge fan of Jennifer's "The Method" workouts, I was skeptical when this one crossed my desk (er, my DVD player, actually). I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was prepared not to be overly impressed. To be perfectly honest, I didn't think I was going to add this one to Advanced Workouts. Thankfully, I began the workout with an open mind, and was pleasantly surprised.

Even on my days off, I enjoy doing some sort of physical activity, but knowing that I need to let my body rest, I have to go easy. I also try to make time to do something light yet refreshing for about a half hour after work -- I sit at the computer all day, so some sort of movement and/or stretching is a must.
