Eoin Finn's Blissology Project is an incredible 6-DVD set encompassing all ranges of the yogica lifestyle. A complete 30-day program to help you find your inner bliss, Eoin's massive project is a celebration of life, peace, and of course fitness. This is a comprehensive program featuring different yoga and meditation routines for every day of the week.

Two full years in the making, The Blissology Project 6-DVD set could possibly be the most massive undertaking ever seen in the world of yoga and meditation. It's fully inspired by the Love that Binds us all with beautiful scenery, amazing music and really inspirational content!

There is a totally different Meditation program for every day of the week. The meditations are about ten minutes with some of them using traditional techniques and some have been created for the needs of the modern era and the imbalances that face us. You will find a different yoga routine for every day of the week as well with a longer "Full Routine" and a shorter "Quickie." As well, every day has a theme and lifestyle elements.

DVD 1:
Bliss Monday Yoga:
Focus on an All round class with a 45 or 30 min ‘quickie option.’ The object of this routine is to get all the traces of stress and tension out of the body and open up to the deep joy inside. Filmed in the black lava sands of Balian Beach, this routine is a great all around flow yoga experience. Starting with some Sun Salutations A and Sea and then flowing through a few rounds of standing poses which warm up the body, open the hips and, as a bonus today, the shoulders.
Then you'll go deep into the hips and front body with some deep lunges, some great abdominal work, some deep leg stretches, there are some harder poses that more intermediate yogis will love like Firefly and then counter this work with some front body openers. Our descent into the mellow zone includes Ardha Matsendrasana (1/2 Spinal twist) and some hip openers and some pranayama before a nice 6 minute savasana to make sure your day is filled with ease and joy!
Bliss Monday Meditation: Body Based (Somatic) Meditation: The best way to become present is not to try and not think, but to simply notice how the body feels and let sensations of tightness dissolve. By relaxing the body, and giving “stuck” feelings a place to go, we start to feel a deep presence inside us. It is a powerful technique not just for meditation, but also for your yoga and as a general life skill. It’s beautiful routine.

DVD 2:
Bliss Tuesday Yoga:
Focus on Front Body Stretches (back bends) with a 1 hr a 45 min or 30 min ‘quickie option’ Tuesday’s theme is about feeling the energy of life. In the centre of the chest is lodged a place whose vibrations mirror the radiance of the sun. We want to unlock them by a invigorating series of Front Body Stretches (aka Back Bends). We start of with two types of sun salutations; Surya Namaskar A and our Fluid Triangle Sun Salutations. We work through some standing pose sequences which open up all planes of the body – front, back and sides.
After this nice warm up we commence our series of front body stretches which start with simple ones like bow pose and camel, and one leg pigeon pose (one of our fave’s). then full routine continues with dancers pose, the splits and a nice side plank variation. Then the quickie and the full routine follow the same “climax” pose, wheel, followed by a slow decent of wind down poses of supine leg stretches which I learned from my Vinjana Yoga teachers Gioia Irwin, Orit Sen Gupta and Donna Holleman. They feel great and really counter any compression Front Body Stretches (Back Bends) may have created. Our pose that closes the routine and sends us into a deep state of ecstasy is double pigeon. It really sets the tone for a deep relaxation which is always one of our most cherished mission on our Blissology + Yoga Path. We close with a sweet savasana and then a little time to close our eyes in seated and feel the great life energy around us and within us. Tuesday’s will never be the same.
Bliss Tuesday Meditation: “Close your eyes often and feel the vibrations of life”
This is a very inspirational meditation where we become comfortable, and start to feel our breath. When the body relaxes a little, our mind follows and then we can notice that underneath our thoughts, life is vibrating with subtle energy. The teaching of yoga and meditation is to leg the ego dissipate and the find the still place that lies underneath. In that still place, before we create names or judgements on how things should or should not be, there is timeless realm of pure vibration. This meditation is about getting in touch with that place and letting it inspire our actions throughout the day. You will find a new sense of peace and ease with life after taking in this meditation every Tuesday.

DVD 3:
Bliss Wednesday Yoga:
Focus on Side Body Stretches (twists) with a 45 min or 35 min ‘quickie option’ This is a brilliant routine meant to open up with side body with a series of standing poses, seated twists, abdominal core work and some nice long stretches at the end. Filmed at a secret beach on Bali with gorgeous reefs, sand and green cliff. Just Eoin is in these routines. It has a lot of soul.
Bliss Wednesday Meditation: Focus on Manifesting for ourselves and others
“We are about to become all we are thinking,” is the wisdom here. Our thoughts shape our actions and the world we live in, so this meditation is about becoming clear about what we want to see manifest in our lives. At the very least, taking this time to become clear allows us to act according to what we really want to see in the world and not sway from our course. Maybe you will find as many others have, that by becoming calm and present, the universe actually open the doors to achieving what is really is our heart. We start by getting very quiet and before we ask for anything, we just listen to the wisdom of our heart. Then we manifest things four ourselves and then take time to manifest something for someone else. It is a powerful meditation which will never to cease to amaze you.

DVD 4:
Bliss Thursday Yoga:
Focus on Restorative/Meditative Yoga with a 45 min or 35 min ‘quickie option’ This Routine is very cherished. It is so Zen and fluid. The idea was here to slow the pace down a little on Thursday and on the weekends. There are still enough standing poses to burn some calories which creates heat in the body which allows us to stretch more deeply and find more space in our bodies and minds.
We start with neck stretches, then sun salutation A. Then these beautiful “Earth and Sky” Salutations I created to not only move intelligently to warm up the body, but to turn the warm up into a ritual that honors what Native Americans referred to ass “Mother Earth” and “Father Sky.” They are very meditative and chill. Then we move through two sets of standing poses that flow from the inner leg and hip opening, to back body opening to the side body opening. I tried to use all music that uses different flute from around the world, from Native American to Classical and Indian. This helps us so move in a way that honors our connection to the Earth that tends to be lost in an increasingly paved over world.
Add in some standing forward bends and standing balances for that cherished earth energy that keep us grounded as we launch into the realm of Zen-like spaciousness. Then we take in some simple front body openers which energize yet calm the spirit, followed by a nice long child’s pose to digest and savour. We finish the flow with hip openers and (LSD) Long, Slow and Deep Back Body Stretches. You will find your eyes rolling into the back of your head with so much bliss as you are lulled into a sense of calm. This experience will allow you to stay peaceful in the centre of all of life’s storms. We end with a long Savasana and a short centering experience where we connect with the most grounding thought of all: Our ancestors that are now in the Earth and the Love that flowed through them. How it served as guide for how they treated us followed by a small prayer that this same love can flow through our interactions with others. It is Powerful and Deep.
Bliss Thursday Meditation: Earth Body Meditation
This is a great meditation based on my study of Eastern Philosophy I started in 1987 and continues today. This includes not just wisdom from the Yoga Tradition, but also that of Samurai of Japan. These people noticed that the five elements of life: Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Space were everywhere in the world including our minds. In challenging times, people tend to habitually cling to there tendencies. Earth people stand their ground, Air is elusive, Fire tries to burn through opposition, Water negotiates, but Space was the Element both the Yogis and the Samurais cherished. Space is the container of all elements, and is the place of clarity we find in deep meditation. Here we can become like an impartial referee in life instead of an impassioned sports fan cheering for their team getting pulled between winning and losing streaks. In this place of calm we can find the best way to respond to all situations and not to merely react in terms of old habits. You will find that it balances all these elements in your mind and body and helps you find more centeredness in your interactions with others. Make space to become a more evolved being… This is a unique and compelling practice which allows our mind, body and heart to remain always at peace.

DVD 5:
Bliss Friday Yoga:
Strength and Stretch Yoga Practice with a 55 min, a 45min or a 35 min ‘quickie option’ Filmed beside the beautiful green reefs and azure waters of Bingen Beach in Bali, Friday is an energetic day where we focus on using our yoga practice for three major aspects. For one we create a leaner and more toned body which will not only help us look better, but feel better. Secondly, the heat created from the effort of the core strengtheners will help us stretch more deeply. Thirdly, always, not matter how physical our Asana Practice is this Blissology + Yoga Path is always governed by the yearning to open up to the message of the heart. This comes by becoming quiet and still so we can become more aware of the Love that flows through all of us. This is the Deeper Core work! We start with Sun Salutation A’s and our Ultra Yang Sun Salutations which are a lot like the Sun Salutation B of the firey Ashtanga System but involve an extra push up and plank pose between updog and downdog. They have a nice flow t them and do a lot to increase to in the legs, arms and belly while increasing bone density. Our standing poses use a little bit more core work to increase leg strength and tone. Add in a round of side plank and a great round of one leg standing poses like standing big toe and warrior three and we will be stoking some fire.
The waves in this practice resemble those of a surf session where we work hard for a while paddling and then take some chill time waiting for the sets to arrive. In the same way, we take the fire from the standing poses and get into some deep back body stretches like janu sirsasana, and revolved janu sirsasana followed by butterfly pose and maalaasana. Crow pose kicks off the next wave of intensity which is an amazing set of abdominal and core strengtheners. There is a nice set of twists and forward bends, followed by an invigorating balance astavakrasana. At this point, we throw in some front body and hip openers to make sure that we counter some of the strength we have created in those areas and end with some LSD (Long, Slow and Deep) back body and hip stretches. The relaxation will come easily after letting go of the fire we have channeled. We end with some centering and a prayer/intention to be calm and change what we can and be find ease with the things we can’t. You will fill strong and calm after this routine! Enjoy it.
Bliss Friday Meditation: Earth Body Blurring the line between where our bodies begin and where Nature begins.
Shot by Uluwatu temple in south Bali where the sunsets are magical and giant surf crashes beneath sheer 800 foot cliffs, every shot in this routine will allow you to feel the raw power of nature. In a world where most people live in large urban centers where the dominant thrust of life is about making or spending money, we can forget how connected we are to the earth. This is too bad because I believe it was this deep connection to Nature and the Web of Life that allowed for such a deep sense of well-being and joy in our ancestors. Nature is something we want to feel a part of and not apart from. This Meditation also a ritual where we dissolve our idea of who we normally think we are and feel that our bodies are really part Nature. Our body is one interconnected unit whose function is remarkably similar to that of our planet. The Bones are like rocks of the earth; Blood is like the rivers and ocean; the Lungs are the trees; the Heart is the bridge between the world of humans and nature and our skin is what allows us to be mammals who long for an expression of the bonds we all share. This is one of my favorite meditations because it allows us to feel part of the planet intimately and gives us a new sense of belonging. We should feel a part of this giant miracle all around us at all times. It is not just a key for our own well being but to the well being of the planet! Enjoy your Earth Body Meditation!

DVD 6:
Bliss Weekend Yoga:
Saturday is a combination of Yoga with Buddhist Loving Kindness Meditation
Sunday is all about Pranayama
Saturday: ‘Metta’-Physical Yoga. Metta is a Pali word for Loving Kindness. Traditional Metta Meditation is done in a seated position and is a powerful way of conditioning the mind to be kind and to honor the interconnectedness of all life. I am deeply moved by the bliss generating properties of this meditation.

Eoin's personal statement:
I always refer to myself as a Blissologist more than a yoga teacher. I am interested in trying to lead a life that celebrates the fullest human experience possible and helps others reach the same soulful state. Yoga to me is one piece of the puzzle and not the whole puzzle.

My Life mission is to get in touch with the forces of Love, Joy, Happiness, as well as sorrows and grief in order to open up to the Heart’s Message. I want to radiate this out as positive energy. That is the inspiration for the Blissology Project.
