CARDIO KICKS begins with a.5 minute warm up, then 45 minutes of Cathe's personal version of a kickbox workout. Her unique routine provides the flavor of kickbox through kicks and punches, but in a very fun and free flowing format for added intensity and variety. Although some form and technique is mentioned, it's not be the focus of this workout. CARDIO KICKS concludes with a 7 minute stretch.

CIRCUIT MAX is based on the circuit training concept. This time-efficient workout consists of 6 cycles, each containing 5 minutes of cardiovasular conditioning, immediately followed by 2 minutes of muscular endurance training. This intense workout will help burn body fat and increase lean muscle mass.
