Cathe uses her "Slide and Glide" discs for this workout; the Valslide can also be used (add the Valslide Booties if you have hardwood flooring).
After a solid 20 minute super intense, low impact, cardio slide and glide segment, you'll finish off with a Slide and Glide total body workout. You'll do all of this with nothing but your discs, a band and a mat.
