BOOT CAMP --There's not even a minute to waste in this head-to-toe fitness workout. With every 60 seconds that tick by, you'll be jumping, pumping, pushing, and crunching your way to a fitter body. Load up, lace up, and let's go! A complete, total body cardio burst and strength training workout for maximum fat and calorie burn. This workout it sure to rev up you rmetabolism and increase your fitness level. Not for the weak of heart--or weak of knee!

MUSCLE ENDURANCE -- This high rep, total body conditioning workout not only increases functional fitness gains, but promotes nicely shaped and defined muscles. You'll experience maximum muscular endurance gains along with strength gains as you challenge each of the major muscle groups through a wide variety of exercises. Do this workout one to three times per week and you'll soon enjoy the benefits of improved posture, increased bone density, and an overall healthy, happier you.

WARM-UP -- 5 1/2 minutes
MAIN WORKOUT -- 51 minutes consisting of eight cycles of cardio, lower body, upper body, and core
STRETCH -- 1 1/2 minutes
