BODY MAX 2 is approximately 97 minutes long and features a warm up, a high intensity solid step segment, a cardio leg blast segment, an all upper body ( moderate to heavy weight) workout, a super tough core segment, and stretch. This is definitely an "eat your wheaties" workout! A step, hand weights, weighted barbell, and resistance band will be used in this workout. The breakdown of this workout is:
