This 60-minute workout is a total challenge, even for the advanced fitness enthusiast (and I confess, I qualify as a hardcore addict!) Amy applies her two-minute drill method to this workout: six intensity drills consisting of cardio, upper body, lower body, abdominal, and anaerobic exercises to shock your body into submission. The anaerobic phase helps your body burn mega-major calories during all phases of this workout (and yes, and even after the workout is complete!) Amy is known for her unique moves--she takes traditional exercises and makes them her own, totally propelling your body into further muscular gains and enhanced cardiovascular fitness. She's a very motivating and friendly instructor, and her cuing is always on target and honest (like, "my body is screaming!"--which, at that point, mine was too, so I nodded and gasped in appreciation at my television set. My husband was passing by the room, and gave me a very strange look, LOL! Am I only only one out there who nods at my t.v.?)

WORKOUT BREAKDOWN: * 6 minute warm-up * 50 minutes cardio & weights (the weights consists of 10 minutes upper body, 12 minutes lower body, 11 minutes core work) * 4 minute cool-down
