These resistance bands are extra-long to go with Amy Bento, Cathe Friedrich, and other workouts. The average fitness
resistance band is approximately three feet in length, but Amy and Cathe use a six foot long (72 inch) band in their
workouts. Resistance bands offer a soft, comfortable alternative to costly exercise machines. (Use the X-Heavy band for
advanced resistance compatible with Amy and Cathe's workouts.)
Made of durable, exta-strong latex, the bands are 6 feet long and 5 1/2 inches wide.
